Office Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the smooth and efficient running of our International Office in Bonn, Germany. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Membership and Operations, you will play a key role in maintaining core office functions, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring a welcoming and well-organised work environment. This position is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience in office management or administration, who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural setting and takes pride in facilitating strong internal communication, effective logistics, and supportive HR processes. Programme Controller

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Controller (m/f/d) to support our international, donor-funded projects through strong financial oversight and project management. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will play a key role in optimising project funding, streamlining budgetary planning, and enhancing organisational efficiency. This position is ideal for someone with at least two years of experience in programme or project management, who thrives on building systems, analysing data, and ensuring compliance with donor and audit requirements. Internships at IFOAM - Organics International

We follow German Labor Regulations. Under these regulations, an internship candidate needs to be able to commit to working with us for six months and be able to present written confirmation of their compulsory internship from the university along with his current student status (Immartikulationsbescheinigung).

The second acceptable proof for a post study internship is its support by ERASMUS+ scholarship.
