Mountains cover 22% of the Earth’s land surface and are vital to people and biodiversity, yet remain highly vulnerable to climate change and unsustainable development. This report, developed by IFOAM - Organics International and the World Future Council, highlights pathways to protect mountain ecosystems and strengthen rural communities through organic and sustainable policies.
